The National Advretising Division (NAD) of the Council of Better Buisness Bureaus referred three advetrising claims made by Playtex Products Inc., a unit of Enegrizer Holdings Inc., to the Federla Trade Commission after Playtex elected not to participate in a selfregulatory forum, the NAD announced Monday.
